Delivery areas
- We currently deliver across selected zones in Ahmedabad. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode or area.
- If your area is not currently serviceable, you can contact us via WhatsApp or use the Bulk Order page to discuss special arrangements.
- Delivery coverage may expand over time — check back if your area is not listed.
Delivery timelines
- Standard orders are delivered within the service window shown at checkout.
- High-demand periods, festivals, and large volumes may require additional lead time.
- Bulk or custom orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance — confirm timing via WhatsApp before placing.
- We will notify you if an order is delayed beyond the expected window.
Shipping charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on your area and order size and shown clearly before you confirm.
- Charges may vary during peak periods or promotional offers.
- Free delivery thresholds, where applicable, are displayed on the checkout screen.
Packaging and handling
- All products are packed to preserve freshness and presentation during transit.
- Please be available to receive your order — perishable items should not be left unattended.
- If you need to update your delivery contact or address after placing, reach us on WhatsApp as early as possible.
Failed deliveries
- If we are unable to reach you at the delivery address, our team will attempt to contact you.
- If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order may be held or cancelled.
- Redelivery, where arranged, may attract an additional delivery charge.
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information provided at checkout.
