By using Heypure Artisan you agree to these terms. They explain how orders work, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities on both sides.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Heypure Artisan platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Ordering and payment
- All orders are subject to product availability at the time of placement.
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated without prior notice.
- Payment methods include cash on delivery (COD) and online payment where available.
- An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation notification or order ID.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if it cannot be fulfilled, with a full refund where applicable.
Delivery
- Delivery is available only in serviceable Ahmedabad zones as shown at checkout.
- Estimated delivery windows are indicative and may vary due to demand, weather, or traffic.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact details.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in additional charges for redelivery.
Product quality
Heypure products are freshly baked and intended for consumption shortly after delivery. As perishable goods, responsibility for proper storage and timely consumption passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for quality changes arising from storage conditions after handover.
Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation before the order enters preparation.
- Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations are governed by our Refund and Replacement Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Heypure Artisan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
